The farmhouse of about 600sqm is divided into a main building, inhabited by the owners, who are available for any information and needs and two independent apartments finely restored with quality materials and furnished with taste. The whole property is fenced and is equipped with private parking and automatic gate in order to guarantee guests privacy and security. The garden is large and well cared for with many flowers and plants. During your stay you will have the swimming pool at your disposal (12x6 mt, maximum height 3 mt, minimum height 1,20 mt, open from 01 May to 30 September) with attached Jacuzzi, equipped with parasols, sun beds and deckchairs, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view on the town of Cortona. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, while in the garden you can enjoy a gazebo with wrought iron tables and chairs surrounded by olive trees, complete with a barbecue and wood-burning oven.
Casale Valentina lies in an extremely convenient position ideal for visiting the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria on fun daily trips.

Apartment Valentina (70 sqm) is located in front of the swimming pool, offering its guests a romantic stay in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside. To the wonderful view of the Cortona hills and the medieval town of Cortona with its towers and domes, the tranquility of the place is added. The studio apartment features a modern style with king-size bed, a sofa, hi-fi system, crystal bedside tables. The kitchenette is separated by a wooden screen and features a large sink, gas burner, comfortable work space, microwave, fridge, toaster, crystal dining table with chairs. The kitchenette has all the necessary equipment for romantic dinners to be enjoyed by the pool or under the common gazebo. The bathroom with a comfortable separate shower area is equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer and is preceded by a large dressing room with bed armchair.
The apartment develops on one level only and can accommodate up to 3 people. Complete with free WI FI free and Satellite TV.
