The apartment is on the first floor and has a kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. From one of the rooms, you will have access to the covered terrace, ideal for eating outdoors. The fully enclosed exterior includes a 3,000m² lawn garden with swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, volleyball court, table tennis table and another paved outdoor area with tables, chairs, large gazebo and barbecue. You can discover the culinary specialities, history and wine cellars of Piedmont. Also discover the pretty town of Asti (24 km away), where you can enjoy culinary and wine festivals, the famous sparkling wine Asti Spumante and the historic horse races "Palio". Turin is about 53 km away, the former capital of Italy, rich in history, monuments and museums. On request and for an extra charge: cooking lessons, bike rental, washing machine (shared). The owners organise a weekly wine tasting for the guests of the complex (to be paid on site). Possibility to rent mountain bikes and rollerblades (subject to availability and to be paid on site). About 19 km from the heart of the Langhe region: Alba with its magnificent view of the vineyards and white truffles. Don't miss the wine route (located not far from there) and the Napoleon route! The IPL101 rental is located in the same complex.
