Guests can also enjoy nice walks in a 9000 m² plot of olive trees adjacent to the garden and taste excellent Tuscan olive oil. The area is ideal not only for reaching the beaches of Lido di Camaiore (21 km) or Viareggio (31 km) from where you can also get by ferry to the fascinating Cinque Terre, but also for going along near oil and wine trails to Lake Massaciuccoli (40 km), which is ideal for practicing bird watching, and to the ruins of Roman thermal baths. About 63 km away are the Apuan Alps which are suitable for climbing and where you can taste culinary specialties such as the "Lardo di Colonnata" (bacon).
