Inside the property there is a beautiful garden (1000 m²) on several levels and a swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests. The house is well furnished and very comfortable.
About 10 meters away there is a completely separate villa (Villa Ancora, which is also in our catalogue) that shares only the entrance way with Villa Tenuta Lonciano.
The nearby natural park of Monte Morello offers the possibility of pleasant walks in contact with nature.
