Parque Santiago II 255 - Two Bed is a lovely duplex apartment with pool views on this popular complex in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife. The apartment is well equipped and includes wifi internet access and also an electric barbeque/griddle. The downstairs terrace is equipped with a patio table and chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers and a sun awning. There is also a gate making it a safe environment for small children. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is spacious and comfortably furnished. There is an L-shaped sofa, a side table with a lamp, a coffee table, and large flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. A cupboard with a glass door houses a large selection of glasses. There is also a separate dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs and a bookcase with a selection of books for guests to borrow. Two steps lead up to the modern kitchen which includes an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sink, and a tall stainless steel fridge/freezer. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a hand wash basin and WC. Stairs lead upstairs to the bedrooms and 2nd bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, dressing table units with a mirror above, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international channels. There are also fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out to a private balcony that overlooks the pool and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, and a clothes airer. The family bathroom consists of a bath with a shower overhead as well as a separate walk-in shower, wash hand basin, and WC. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan.

Linen and towels are provided. The owner also requires a final clean fee of 90 euros (based on 4 people sharing), or 95 euros (based on 5 people sharing). This is payable in cash on arrival unless paid upfront. There is an optional linen/towel change for 8 euros per person. The apartment will be cleaned for guests' arrival.
