A graceful staircase slightly curve leads to a large living room, open on two opposing terraces with beautiful views of the sea, the harbor and the rear garden. A separate kitchen, with its own window and closet, equipped with everything, with large fridge, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, opens onto the dining area inside. The terrace on the sea has an outdoor dining table. A nice spiral staircase leads from the living room to an attic area, with a double bed and a single sofa bed. At this level there is also a nice bathroom with large shower. A comfortable home for six guests, with the possibility of adding a bed and with a configuration that ensures privacy at all, although it could accommodate a lot of friends to dinner by the sea.
