Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Akassia Swiss Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The pools, beach, and facilities were excellent, and the food offered a good variety. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Wael El Saay for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. He made our stay even more enjoyable and deserves special recognition.
