Summary: Never saw the cleaning lady once. Everytime she arrives she was on video and speaker phone that all tenants can hear her conversation and problems. She constantly was yelling on the phone when she’s working. They literally leave a broom and a mop outside your door for you to clean. If you want toiletries you have to message the owner and wait a few days for it to be delivered. We ended up buying our own. The owner Abdullah is a respectful man, his communication was great with tenants. However the kitchen faucet was broken, we have rodent problems and no cleaning service. All information provided here was given to the owner so he was aware that even tho his communication service was good, him not being on the property was a hinder to the apartment because the cleaning lady didn’t do her job.
