Ancient 18th century Leopoldine country house, 600 m from the village of Badia Agnano, a hamlet in the municipality of Bucine halfway between Arezzo and Siena and ideal for excursions in Tuscany.
The vacation home has managed to preserve the building elements characteristic of Tuscany, such as cotto floors and wooden ceiling beams, while the furnishings and home accessories create a comfortable ambience. In the 5000 m² private and fully fenced garden there is the saltwater pool (6x12 ? open from 15/5 to 15/10) in a sunny panoramic position with umbrellas and deckchairs.
Access is via a 100 m private gravel road in good condition. On the first floor you will find a small equipped loggia with oven and brick barbecue, the living room with fireplace, the kitchen with access to the outside, a double bedroom with private bathroom and access to the outside, another double bedroom and a bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom. Air conditioning with thermostat in all rooms (payment on site).
Distances: Montevarchi 16 km, Arezzo 26 km, Gaiole in Chianti 35 km, Siena 49 km, Florence 65 km. Some excursion tips: Arezzo, with its merchant palaces, patrician houses and sacred buildings, is a jewel of medieval architecture and culture.
