Summary: Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly. Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. There are several restaurants nearby but surprisingly they are quite often closed, in fact the choice is very limited.
