All apartments are served by air conditioning in every room and ceiling fans. This studio is located on the first floor, has a modern kitchen equipped with induction hobs and electric oven, and a bathroom with shower box window, wall-mounted hairdryer and bidet. It offers a double sofa bed, a single bed and an armchair for a child.

Registration is required even if there's no overnight stay, just a brief stop (even less than an hour). Therefore, we inform guests that it's necessary to communicate in advance any visitors to the property.
For groups of young people, the minimum age for check-in is 21 (requests for younger ages are possible, with a double security deposit).
Check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00. For check-ins after 20:00, a supplement of €50.00 is required.
Small pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.
Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
Bed and bath linens: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
