Summary: The room was outdated but very clean, it is an older hotel it badly needs renovation, the beds are very soft so I ended up with a very sore back at the end of my 5 day stay, the shower was broken we could use it but you had to hold the shower head in your hand, the breakfast was ok but we found the breads were hard and not a lot to choose from, one highlight was the pool it was excellent, heated clean and quiet great place to wind down after a long day but the hours are only 12-8 so early morning swim was not an option, the location couldn’t be better so central and right next to the train station 10 mins walk to sultan Ahmet, Haghia sofiya, and basilica cistern, but what makes this place special is the staff the were so helpful the cleaning ladies were so friendly I enjoyed seeing their smiling face every morning especially the abla who’s son in law is from Ordu she was so lovely, thank you for making our stay memorable.
