On the first floor there is a large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a large kitchen and living room with satellite TV. Three steps lead to the sleeping area with spacious and neat rooms. A few steps lead to a double bedroom with access to a terrace with sitting area, ideal for relaxing while reading a book or just admiring the view. In the basement of the house lives the janitor, who is responsible for maintenance and gardening and is happy to answer any questions.
