This beautiful villa with its own private pool is located within a 5 min walk of the resort centre, but far enough away for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Furnished to a very high standard, it has a large master bedroom & 2 twin bedrooms, all with ceiling fans & new wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath/shower & one with a shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine & radio/CD. The spacious open plan lounge/dining area has a corner sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, a large digital LCD TV & DVD player and free unlimited wi-fi. Outside the villa has a terraced area with a patio table & 6 chairs for outside dining including a built-in charcoal BBQ & preparation area. The new pool has a large tiled terrace area with 4 sunbeds and 2 reclining chairs. There is also shaded seating on the decking. The property is fully enclosed, making it ideal for families with children. The beautiful secluded beach, about 10 minutes away, can be accessed by steps or road.
