Villa Clara is a beautiful house next to the Arenal beach. The location of Villa Clara is truly exceptional, just a few meters from the promenade and the beach Playa del Arenal, one of the best beaches with fine sand, crystal clear waters and all services. It also has the blue flag of the European Community that distinguishes it from the best beaches in Europe. It´s a family residential area and restaurants, beach bars, shops and supermarkets are nearby.
The villa is very cozy and comfortable, it has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in each of its five bedrooms. The pool is private and the outdoor area is ideal for private sunbathing, barbecues and playing.
On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious and bright living room, we have three double rooms with air conditioning and a full bathroom. The upper floor has two single rooms, both with air conditioning. On the same floor there is a full bathroom. Ideal house for those looking for a private villa with a well-equipped pool next to the beach and close to all services. Due to the family residential character of the area, the rental of groups of young people is completely prohibited.
The ARENAL beach that is next to the villa, is a very well cared and spacious fine sand beach, in it you can find several beach bars. It is an ideal place for a family vacation thanks to the quality of the crystal clear water and various outdoor activities: on the beaches you can practice water sports such as kayaking, surfing, diving, windsurfing, sailing, banana, jet ski ... and a short distance from the beach, in the mountains, you can explore hiking or cycling routes. A beautiful promenade leads to the port of L´Hospitalet del Infant, where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in the many restaurants. And on Sundays, right here in the port, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at the market.
