Positive: We have just stayed in casa Helen for 7 days and what an experience. Helen welcomed us on our arrival day and explained the room, the bathroom, how to use the washing machine and the bbq, with all the products already included. She left us a few coffees, teas and water for the first day. We had to pay the deposit which was returned on the last day without a problem. There is a shop near the house but with limited products, so to make the bigger shopping you need to get down the mountain. Renting a car is very prsctible to stay in the house. The bathroom is separated from the dormitory, there are many tables and chill out areas on the premises of of the house, all with astonishing views to the sea and the sunrise ( the sun rises straight in front of you). The accommodation is decorated with a Greek style, and everything you need is there for you. There is also a private pool but unfortunately it was too cold for us. Helen is supportive, speaks many languages and will make you feel at home with all the small details and hospitality. For sure we will repeat if we come back to Tenerife.
