Summary: The positive: Wonderful views. Very cheap. Very cozy rooftop. Wonderful staff and owner. Truly beautiful people. The negative: Low standard. Worn down. Not a nice area. Dirt roads, stray dogs and garbage all over the place. Close to the highway, so it’s noisy. For my purpose, this was a good enough place, but I would probably try somewhere else next time. For me the dealbreaker was the noise from the highway when I was going to sleep.
