Positive: The price was good. Close to the bus stations and metro. Located in a sort of a Chinatown - some great restaurants

Negative: Communication with the owner wasn’t the best, I had to call him because he wasn’t answering my messages. The apartment has 2 floors, the bedrooms are located downstairs in a basement. In one of the bedrooms there is a big area on the ceiling that is peeling and chipping. There was only one trash bag and the soap in one of the bathrooms was nearly finished when we arrived.
