Summary: Very disappointed. I was arriving at 11pm, I've let them know and discovered that after 8pm they completely shut off the phone. I wanted to call for an information, impossible! When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client. Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together. Very uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. This is definitely not the level of service for a 4 star hotel where I paid more than 600€ for 1 night!!! Go somewhere else
