Villa Yaiza is an extremely private and peaceful villa situated in a prime location in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca close to the local shopping centre.
The villa is extremely well equipped and has everything you will need to have a fantastic holiday.
We have 3 bedrooms, one master double with en-suite, one twin and one room with bunk beds. It has two bathrooms, a Kitchen, Lounge and a nice Dining area. Inside we have air-conditioning that can cool and heat for the winter months, wireless internet, and IPTV, movies & Kids TV, dishwasher, washing machine and electronic safe.
Outside it has a large very private terrace, with both a chill out and Dining area. We have a beautiful recently renovated solar or electrically heated 8 x 3.5M pool and separate Spar/Jacuzzi. We have a brick style oven/barbecue, plenty of sunbeds and great views.
There is an incredible pool wet bar next to the spar where you can chill out and make lunch during the day and take drinks in the evening. The bar can also be stocked for you, please ask for details.
The villa has it own parking space, although a car is optional as you have local amenities 5 minutes walk away and the local bus route 2 minutes from the villa.
This villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there is a flight of steps to access the villa! Return airport transfers are easily available if you not wish to hire a car and there is an English caretaker should you need anything.
The villa is available from £1050 per week for up to 6 people. There is a local English caretaker to help with any problems or local advice.
