This first floor apartment in a "cascinale " has been recently restructured and divided into three separate apartments. The property is located in an agricultural area (production of wine and olive oil) in the hills a few kilometres from the historic centre of Lucca. In a wonderful panoramic location, close to the main house, this apartment is bright & sunny, furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, with original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and all the comforts provided.

Enter through external stairs directly into the living room, which has satellite tv and a sofa bed (for a child under 12 years), a fully equipped kitchen area (oven with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with French double-bed, both bedrooms are bright and sunny. 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside, in the garden, there is a shaded terrace, a shared swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters and 1.50 meters depth, with the most wonderful panoramic view. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
Private parking within the property,heating and air-conditioning, internet wireless, safety box, shared barbeque.
