Positive: It's good place for relax, if you want to sleep well. Good beds. Super good breakfast! 👌

Negative: I don't know where to start. We were waiting to check in aprox 1,5 hours, even that he knew that which bus we are coming. Breakfast is served at 12-14 a clock! His hot spring wasn't working, but he took us to other place which was nice, but you need to pay for it. If you want to maximize your time at sights and really see and experience Siwa this is totally wrong place to stay. Far away from everything and host it self ia super super slow and you need to constantly wait for him. If you stay here, do not take any other services from this guy. Take tour from somewhere else. It could not be worst in any case. Guy it self speaks constantly about good and bad energy stuff, hope he got some energy someday to serve customers. Still don't know was he trying to cheat with prices 2 times or was it miscommunication, I think first was a mistake from my side, second he was scammed us. Still hoping all the best for him and I hope he is improving customer service.
