Beautiful villa built at the beginning of the 20th century in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma area, completely restored and furnished simply but elegantly refined with ceilings which have kept the original beams and terracotta floors. From the window, views of the sea and the island of Elba, vineyards and fields can be seen colouring each season with the splendid hues of nature. Its location makes it possible to alternate days at the beach to excursions to the most famous art cities of Tuscany. You can go for relaxing walks on the property along tree-lined lanes or explore the Mediterranean bush along the paths. The accommodation is surrounded by a large fenced garden, with pine trees and a lawn, a bowling field and an open-air stone barbeque. Guests can use a beautiful swimming pool (13x7.5, 1.4m deep)(16/05-19/09) with an outdoor shower and a solarium area. The villa has wi-fi Internet connection.
