It is located at 2,5 km from the town of Massa, where there are many shops and restaurants, and at only 7 Km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.

The holiday home is surrounded by an olive grove, lemon trees and bougainvilleas and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean sea, giving the guest the impression of embracing with just one glance the fabulous panorama of Versilia stretching from Massa's Castello Malaspina to the Ligurian sea resort of Porto Venere, gateway to the Cinque Terre, and from Massa to Forte Dei Marmi.
