Holiday House is located a few hundred meters from the ancient Roman road called Via Cassia, right outside the center of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Siena, in the heart of Chianti and surrounded by the famous hills that made Tuscany known all over the world. The Country House is close to a romanesque church dating back to the 5th Century, and is made of 6 charming holiday apartments with private pool belonging to the Fusi family, that ensure relaxing holidays in Chianti to all its guests. When choosing this accommodation, guests will enjoy a unique holiday in farmhouse in Tuscany, a few kilometers from the town center , yet surrounded by nature.
The Holiday House originated from the restoration of a typical Tuscan villa that was a farmhouse. There are 6 independent holiday accommodations at guests disposal, 4 in the hayloft and 2, together with the reception, located in the main Villa. Each accommodation is equipped with all comforts, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and ensure a unique view over the hills of Tuscany. Two Holiday Venues are located completely on the ground floor, while the other four homes enjoy two separate floors.

Il Pollaio is the smallest apartment of the Holiday House. It is situated entirely on the ground floor of the House in the central building together with the Apartments il Fienile , la Stalla and l’Aia.
Il Pollaio Apartment has a lovely view of the swimming pool. It has a private cover patio with table and chairs and Barbecue at Guest disposal. It is made of an equipped kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom with shower. Warm yellow shades of sunflowers and corn of the fields of Tuscany, decorate the upholstery and accessories of this holiday apartment, resulting in an extremely sunny environment.
