"Quietly located villa with beautiful pool in the hills above the Versilia coast on the edge of the village of Bargecchia in the popular residential area. Surrounded by the beautiful olive trees and tall pine trees, the panoramic view extends to the sea. Here you can enjoy peace and privacy. The large villa over 2 floors was partially restored in 2014 and is partially modern and rustic. Ideal for families or friends. In the left part of the house on the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. In the middle part of the house there are 2 living/dining rooms and the kitchen and in the right part of the building there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pizza oven and grill provide variety for dinner on the covered terrace.
