The other apartment has a separate entrance measuring 30 m2, 1 bedroom with doble bed, 1 kitchenette, living room, 1 bathroom . The villa has all the comforts, TV, wi-fi and private parking inside the property in the garden, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and everything you need. The private position and a unique panorama. Located 2 km from Spiaggia Reale and 5km from Porto Azzurro. Pizzeria 3 minutes by car. For lovers of walking you can reach the sea with a panoramic view on the other side of the Capo d'Arco park, in 40 minutes a day. Also in Rio Marina is part of the ferry from Piombino and this is also one of the best ice cream shops on the island.
