Our holiday home for rent is located in a residential area of Lido degli Scacchi, 1200 meters from the sea.
You will like it for these reasons: the quiet location, the residence is surrounded by greenery and has 3 swimming pools, one of which is just in front of the house.
This is a portion of four-room villa on the ground floor, has a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds, TV, washing machine, bathroom with shower, parking space.
Beds: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed.
POOL OPENING PERIODS:
Pool 1 - Open from 15 June to 15 September.
Pool 2 and 3 - Open July and August.
BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: Final cleaning at the charge of the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves the reorganization of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any rest of food, the cleaning of cutlery, cooking utensils, the elimination of waste, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, in case it is not performed correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant at the time of ceck-in with payment of the relative cost.
THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.
POOLS OPENING TIMES:
Pool 1 - Open from June 15 to September 15.
Pool 2 and 3 - Open July and August.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on site):
Bed linen: € 5.00 per person per change;
Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;
Final cleaning: € 70.00
