Positive: As hotels go this one has to rate in the higher bracket. Reasonable cost, easy to find in an excellent location near the bus and train station. The customer service is excellent. With answers to any queries in minutes. The quality of the hotel is amazing. Comfy, large bed, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. I would 100% stop here again.

Negative: There isn't anything to not like. It's a quality hotel at a reasonable cost.
