Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was ideal, just outside Schladming but with onsite parking, so could easily drive to Schladming, Reiteralm or slightly further afield Flachau was great. Good range of crockery, utensils and shower was always nice and hot

Negative: Pair of socks from previous guest behind bedside cabinet shows cleaning wasn't particularly well done. Several things not working or broken, fridge door so nowhere for open drinks, electric socket on bathroom. The kettle and coffee maker stopped working and to be fair the hotel owner replaced the day after we complained. There was no baking tray for the oven, they did bring one, but it was too large for the oven. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on and the TV channels rarely worked. All small things, easy to fix, but gave impression that things were replaced on the cheap and not properly checked which let it down
