Completely renovated, very bright (endowed with 10 windows) and situated in a good position in one of the most beautiful avenues in Rimini, with cycle sidewalk, that directly takes to the sea. Also near the Old Town Centre, the Conference Center and the Train Station. Parking any car in the street is easy and bikes can be safely parked in the exclusive private garden. Air conditioning in every room. Pets admitted. No Wi-Fi. #DETAILS: The apartment is on the first floor and is composed by ample vain: kitchen, living room (is an attic connected by a spiral staircase to the triple room), triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, triple bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, double bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with sink, WC with shower (there is not bidet), shower.
