Summary: The host, Francesco, was very responsive; the accommodation itself was clean although very dated; it was in a good location just inside the city walls. However, the description states that parking is available- I was sent a link to 4 separate public parking lots- 3 paid and 1 free- there was zero availability. I stated this to Francesco who adamantly told me to refer to the description stating parking is available but not a private lot- and as I previously stated, there was no parking available many times, in any of the lots. Just want others to be aware as I didn’t see this in any reviews and when I see that parking is available- whether public or private- I assume there will be a spot somewhere without having to drive around for over an hour and then walk a very good distance.
