Negative: We experienced several serious issues during our stay. First, the host informed us at the last minute that we had to change apartments. We had already left our luggage in a locker at the original property, as requested, and only a few hours later we were told that our accommodation was moved to a completely different location on the opposite side of the city. When we arrived at the new apartment—after the planned check-in time—it was still being cleaned, so we had to wait outside. Later, we also discovered that the entrance door to the apartment was not working properly, and we couldn’t get inside. Overall, the situation was extremely frustrating, and communication with the host was mediocre at best. Our experience definitely did not meet expectations.
