In the middle of the Chiana Valley, on a slight hill, lies this magnificent Casale with private pool and panoramic views all around. The former manor house has been tastefully restored and furnished. The center of the house is a large open living area, divided by arches, with seating areas, open fireplace, library, dining area and open kitchen, which is well equipped. Two of the bedrooms are also on the ground floor, each with bathroom and direct exit to the garden. On the first floor there is another bright living room with TV-SAT and four bedrooms with bathroom. In front of the house you can dine on the shady terrace - with barbecue; near the pool area there are more terraces and a pool house with shower and toilet ? from everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the Chiana valley with its many beautiful towns and destinations: To the east beckons the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, 25 km away on the mountain; to the southwest the wine town of Montepulciano (25 km) and the famous Renaissance town of Pienza (32 km); Arezzo, with its lovely old town and large antique market (every 1st weekday of the month) is only 28 km away and Siena, with the most beautiful square in the world, the Piazza del Campo, only 40 km. The slightly hilly Chiana Valley with its many small paths and roads is ideal for biking ? a bike path runs along the central Canale Maestro across the valley. Lake Trasimeno is about 30 km away, with child-friendly sandy beaches and a boat trip to the small islands. Bicycles can be rented on site; cooking classes and cooking service on request.
