Summary: I recently stayed here and had a generally positive experience. The standout feature was definitely the exceptional customer service – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They truly made the stay enjoyable. However, there were a few things to note. The room size was a bit cramped for 3 people, so if you're planning to stay with multiple guests, you might want to consider whether that might be an issue. Additionally, while the hotel is quite comfortable, it doesn’t offer breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Overall, the experience was good. If you're looking for excellent service and a reasonably priced stay in a central location, Istanroom by EKO Hotel is a solid choice!
