Two of the apartments are completely on the ground floor, while the other four are on two levels.

ACCOMMODATION: the apartment "L’Aia" is situated in the central building of the property. This accommodation is made of 2 floors, where the warm tones of the terracotta floors combined with the refined accessories and light green walls, create a truly unique atmosphere.
The Apartment is furnished with a private cover patio with barbecue table and chairs at guest disposal. On the ground floor there is the kitchen/living room with charming wicker furniture and with comfortable sofa. The built-in fitted kitchen is completely equipped with oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both with private bathroom with shower and a lovely balcony with view over the swimming pool and the countryside of Tuscany. Some apartments also have a private terrace. The property offers the parking place within its grounds.
