La Casa del Puerto is a vacation home located in the Marina of Puerto Calero. The most exclusive residential area of Lanzarote. The villa is very spacious and offers a large terrace with a barbecue area and pool with impressive views of the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. We have a stable WiFi connection reaching around 30 Mbps, ideal for working from home. The pool will receive a weekly visit from the maintenance team but guest presence is not required to carry out this weekly routine task.
This house has three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan, another with two single beds, and the third with an individual bed. Two bathrooms equipped with hair dryer and welcome products (gel/shampoo dispenser and moisturizing cream). A living room with sea views, comfortable sofas and dining table. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The terrace is fully furnished.
Puerto Calero is one of the best areas to live on the island, with a local atmosphere well blended with residents and visitors from the rest of Europe, offering tranquillity and a very good gastronomic offer in a select environment among yachts.

WELCOME:
Please provide your arrival information so we can arrange your check-in. On arrival, you’ll find a welcome pack with water, milk, coffee and tea packets, cookies, crackers, half a bottle of local wine, and a cleaning kit. FIXED CLEANING COST:
The house comes with clean and fresh sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths. In the bathroom: hand soap dispenser, moisturizing cream, and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally, we leave an extra set of towels and bath sheets. This cleaning service has a fixed charge shown in the reservation, but if you want additional cleaning services during your stay, please consult us for more information/prices.

I recommend renting a rental car before coming to Lanzarote as there is high demand. We work with a solid company on the island, and for your reserved dates I can organize and book your vehicle with special conditions, including taxes, free cancellation, no deposit required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres, and a second driver included.
