A spacious covered outdoor area furnished with comfortable armchairs for your relaxation welcomes you to this delightful two-level house. You will also find a barbecue for great grill parties.
On the ground floor, a modern and spacious kitchen with a dining table also offers a comfortable sofa which, if necessary, turns into a bed. At the end of the living room you find a service bathroom with toilet and sink.
On the first floor, which is accessed via a comfortable external staircase, lies the night area with two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Well-kept, well-lit paths and common areas ensure maximum comfort for guests without detracting from the beauty of the unspoiled nature that surrounds them: streams that form small waterfalls, olive trees, vineyards, woods and paths, for long walks and sensational views of the surrounding nature.
The ‘Casa Fantasma’ (The Ghost House) is one of three units located on the property. The second house "La Stalla" offers two studio apartments and the third house "La Casa Madre" three apartments on two levels: on the ground floor there are a three-room apartment and a two-room apartment and on the upper floor a studio ‘loft’ apartment.
The entire property is surrounded by woods and olive groves which guarantee total privacy, but guests can meet in the common areas to enjoy a pizza cooked in a wood oven or to have a chat while admiring the view.
Access to the estate is possible from the city of Aulla along a small stretch of white road or from the village of Tendola (only possible with an off-road vehicle) on a trail that crosses the woods.
From here you can leave for excursions and sightseeing to the various tuscan destinations rich in history and natural beauty such as the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca or the beaches of Versilia.
