The Location:
Le Boulevard de Nice is located in the trendy and exciting Port Quarter, with close proximity to all that The Port has to offer as well as The Old Town, Place du Pin and Place Garibaldi within walking distance.
The apartment is located 2 blocks from the Port and has many trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and boulangeries all within a few minutes walk. A supermarket (Intermarche) is located less than 100 metres away, along with other boulangeries, a local gym and a bike rental store.
Just past the port you'll find Coco Beach which is ideal for your daily swims and Le Plongeoir diving-cliffs restaurant, both a 10-15 min walk.
The infamous Promenade des Anglais is a 20-min walk and Nice's Old Town 20-25 mins.
Place du Pin and Place Garibaldi are a 5-min walk from the apartment with many buzzing restaurants and bars.
A huge bonus of the apartment’s location is the airport tram (Line 2) which runs from Nice airport (both terminals) to Nice Port (the last stop). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
Furthermore, Nice Riquier train station is located a 12-minute walk from the apartment, for those looking to take trains to visit the likes of Ville-Franche-sur-Mer, Monaco, Cannes, Menton etc.

Your check-in will be done by Laure (the apartment manager).
She will meet you at the apartment.
As this is a concierge service for check-in, there is a fee if checking in late.
Normal check-in time: 3pm - 7pm
Late Arrivals Fee:
• From 7:15 p.m. - 9 p.m:
• A supplement of €30 cash to be paid directly to Laure as normal check-in is until 7pm.
• 9p.m. - 11 p.m. = €55 cash
• After 11 p.m = €70 cash to be paid upon arrival.
Normal check-out time: 10am
For Early-Departure (before 8.15am):
• 4 a.m. - 8:15 a.m = a supplement of €30 must be paid to the person who will come for your departure in order to collect the keys and take stock of the premises.
TRASH BINS:
Guests must please throw their trash in the trash bins in the basement before leaving and put away their dishes before their departure.
