Summary: the staff were amazing so we thank them. the property is not 5 star im sorry its not. I travel all the time and this property needs some love. The pictures online are not a true reflection of this dilapidated property. The whole place needs a paint, there is broken chairs, broken glass, broken items all around the property. The view isn’t what it is on expedia nor are the pictures. This is a 3 star property at best. I’m a platinum member of expedia we travel to lots and lots of hotel with our children and this property needs some updating (massively) The room itself was in good condition and we appreciated the space but the rest of the property was a serious let down. But again the staff and manager they have were amazing so thank you.
