The villa has three bedrooms on the first floor as well as kitchen with island and modern appliances. The living room is beautifully furnished with fireplace, dining room and access to two terraces. The villa also has a large and inviting garden with a great saltwater pool and outdoor shower.
The garden has grills / fireplaces with several fruit trees and plenty of seating.
On the second floor we find a master bedroom with private bathroom. The bedroom has access to the terrace with sea view. Here is also a TV lounge with access to the terrace, with stunning sea views. Outside the living room to the pool we find an inviting outdoor kitchen, all under the roof. The outdoor kitchen has gas hobs, oven and own fireplace / grill. The lower part of the ancient city called "Bellaguarda", the city founded by the Arabs, is very cozy. The rest of the old town that extends from the city center to the church area has a number of small charming streets to stroll on and a variety of nice views, restaurants and small shops.
