After the appetiser, you can have a walk by the river or spend a beach day after 5 minutes by car.The apartment, located on the 10th floor of a building wit elevator, has a spacious sitting-dining room with air-conditioning which will make you stay at home to rest or watch TV. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is independent and its offers all needed utensils to cook your best recipes to have lunch all together. The laundry room has an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms to placidly rest, and they feature a double bed, air-conditioning and a closet each. In addition, one of them offers an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is another bathtub bathroom for the rest of the house.
