This spacious first floor corner apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 adults, comes with a large covered terrace with sea views, free WiFi, private underground parking space and an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. This gated community , which is only around 10 minutes walk from the beach and harbour, has a large pool with separate children's pool, toilets, showers, changing rooms and sun loungers free to use for guests during the summer.
The Space:
The large lounge/dining room has access to the outside terrace and benefits from two sofas and in addition a double sofa-bed, a large dining table with 6 chairs, coffee table, Smart TV with a separate DVD player, and a radio/CD player. The lounge area has a ceiling fan to the lounge area which is designed to be used in both the summer and winter months (it's reversable in the winter). The kitchen is fully fitted/equipped, including an electric oven and hob, an extractor fan over, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is an extendable breakfast table with stools, and a separate utility room, which houses the washing machine.
The main bedroom, which has access to the large terrace, benefits from a king sized bed, it's own en-suite bath/shower, a built-in double wardrobe (containing a safe) and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built- in double wardrobe, and the use of separate bath/shower room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge/dining area, which is in addition to the main sofas in the lounge. Both bath/shower rooms have a full-size bath, with shower over, a WC, bidet, handbasin, mirror and shaver point.
The large outside terrace, which benefits from the sun all day long and a sea view, has a table and chairs, for al fresco dining, and a large circular sun bed, to chill out on.
The Neighborhood:
Las Mimosas is a 10min walk away from Cabopoino harbour where you can find a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The beach is beside the harbour and offers a great space to relax especially with kids.
Getting Around:
There is a restaurant across the street from the apartment as well as a small convenience store. The main bus stop for buses to Fuengirola and Marbella is only a 3min walk away.
