Positive: Modern finish, comfortable bed and sofa,smart TV for Netflix etc, good kitchen appliances including oven, electric hob, microwave, large fridge freezer. Nice rear garden for outdoor dining.

Negative: Nothing negative to say, a BBQ on the garden would be a great addition.
