The former barn has been stylishly restored and the spacious living and sleeping area is tastefully furnished, with fireplace, sofa beds and dining area, with exit to the covered terrace. Sitting area with barbecue, small private garden area with deck chairs. You enter the house both through the terrace and laterally from the floor below, where the small kitchen and bathroom are located; inside there is a narrow spiral staircase. Shared driveway with the owner, who occupies the neighboring villa. You can also reach the nice town of Stia on foot, here there are stores of all kinds, restaurants, bars and a bathing place on the torrent (2 km). Visit the natural park of Casentino with its forests, castles and monasteries and the worth seeing towns of Poppi (8 km) and Bibbiena (13 km); you can also reach Florence and Arezzo in less than an hour drive (about 50 km). Arezzo also with the private train of the Casentino.
