Positive: The location was perfect, as we were visiting cairo for the first time from Australia 🇦🇺 it was close to the Main attraction which is pyramids offcouse :) also the grand Egyptian Museum was right there. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful too. Good value for the money, they also gave us extra roll away bed with no charge, overall good experience. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: We had a bit of a trouble with the tour from the hotel which we booked, but we talked to the reception about it, they were so good at listening to us and resolved the issue professionally.
