Just 15 minutes walk from the Malagueta beach. The location is perfect for sightseeing, going to the beach, enjoying the nightlife or for a business trip.
The studio is ideal for a family and friends. It has a double bed, 1 full bathroom, kitchen. The kitchen is ready to cook, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, fridge and oven.

Turn off the air conditioning and all lights every time you leave the apartment Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Do not make noise from 21:00 to 09:00 Be respectful to neighbours. If you left the keys in the door from inside you have to pay for locksmith services. For lost keys you will be charged €20. For any damage made to items or accommodation during the length of your stay you will be charged. Please rinse off beach sand before returning to the apartment. Do not use shower towels as beach towels. Do not hang towels or clothing outside a window. Laundry room is available 10:00-18:00 Don´t leave your clothes in washing machine or dryer. Important: LATE CHECK-IN HAS AN EXTRA FEE: check-in 22:00-24:00 is 15€ check-in AFTER 24:00 is 30€ At check-out, please leave the keys on the table and shut the door. Never leave them in the door- lock.
