Positive: Washing machine has dry function.

Negative: The location is mid of nowhere, far away from everything. Meanwhile Sevilla public transportation is horrible + uber/bolt supply varies a lot, thus sometimes it can be super expensive! The room is essentially in a cargo container (analogy) so sound proof is non-existent. Very small room and small bathroom.
