Ideally located, the apartment is inside a quiet and very nice condominium with a private parking, a repository of skies and a heated deposit of boots. It's very bright and comfortable, ideal for relaxing; the wooden furniture is very comfortable and hospitable. There are 2 bedrooms.
We always spend our holidays in this flat, so it is fully equipped and furnished.
We are in the center of Selva (Wolkestein), close to the pedestrian street where takes place the charming Christmas market "Mountain Christmas".
It is easy to avoid moving the car from the private parking for the whole holiday because walking is possible to reach all stores, minimarket (less than 100 mt.), restaurants… but also the lifts (cableway Ciampinoi or skilift Nives, only 300 mt.), which belong to the famous SellaRonda. In Summer is even possible to enjoy the fresh air and the Sun from the terrace, do all kinds of walks or even one of the many local activities; playgrounds for children are just a few steps from the house. The beautiful ice rink is just 150 meters from the house and it's possible to skate in both winter and summer. The local kitchen, in the shelters and in local restaurants easily attainable, what a delight!
