Positive: Our week-long stay at Topete Alicante was truly excellent! The apartment perfectly matches the photos, offering a stunning view of the beach and sea – ideal for enjoying beautiful sunrises right from the window. The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and made an effort to connect with us upon arrival and departure. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking, including a moka pot for coffee. Conveniently, restaurants are located right at the building's entrance for outdoor dining. The internet connection was excellent, easily supporting remote work, and the smart TV offered Netflix, Prime, etc. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift: snacks, fruits, water, drinks, and beer in the fridge! Additionally, there are convenient parking spots right below the window, including dedicated spaces for motorcycles, making it a great option if you plan to explore the area on a two-wheeler. The overall comfort and thoughtful touches made our Alicante trip special.

Negative: It's worth noting that communication with the hosts was primarily in Spanish, which might be a consideration for non-Spanish speakers needing detailed explanations or extended conversations beyond basic check-in/out. This wasn't an issue for us as we speak Spanish, and their warm hospitality still shone through, but it's something to be aware of.
